Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou  – Cedar forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga desert dunes                                                       ,

We will meet you at your hotel in Fez, toward Merzouga dunes. Along the road, we will visit, Ifrane “The Switzerland of Morocco”, and Azrou to see monkies and feed them at the cedar forest. Then Zaida village to have lunch there. We will continue to the Apple capital of Midelt, and to Ziz valley or Ziz Palmerie, to take some memorable photos, and admire the valley, which is known for a large amount of olive and palm trees, along with the mud building Berber villages. Arriving at Merzouga dunes, you will have a cup of mint tea with the Berbers, before staying the night in a hotel there.

Day 2: Merzouga desert “Desert excursion”,

Breakfast will be at the hotel, then an amusing ride over the Desert with our driver, visiting Yasmina Lake where Berbers used to feed their camels, to take some photos, and visit a nomad family, to experience their hostility and kindness, along with their way of life which is basically traveling from one area to another looking for water and grass to feed their camels. We’ll also visit “Miffis” mines, then to a Fossil Quarry, Where fossils are carried to a workshop in Erfoud and are used in table decoration. We will finally visit “Gnaoua” people village called “Khamlia”, known for its unique music, visiting their small music school or house, to meet them, listen and dance according to the rhythm of their music while dressing “Djellaba” the white Moroccan dress. Then continue to eat a delicious a “Berber pizza. We will get back to the hotel to get prepared for a camel trekking over the sand dunes, to our peaceful and calm Sahara desert camp, where we are going to spend the night.

Day 3: Sahara Desert – Rissani – Erfoud – Todra Canyons – Dades Canyons,

If you wish to see the charming beauty of the sun rising over the golden dunes, make sure to wake up early. After breakfast, we will drive to visit other types of the desert. First, “Hamada”, the black volcanic desert with Acacia trees and black stones. Second, Rissani, which is the Alaouite city of Sultan Moulay Ali Cherif, and was once an economic city for nomad caravans. Third, Erfoud, which is known as ” Fossils and Geology Capital”, to visit a fossil workshop, and continue via Jorf and Tinjdad. Then, continue to Todra Gorges, to walk between these gorges, with their fresh breeze, and Boulmane Dades natural rocks, known as “Monkey toes” because of its natural form, crossing its olive trees and green Fig, where the night will be spent in the middle of the Dades Canyons.

Day 4: Dades Canyons – Rose valley – Skoura -Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech,

After taking breakfast, we will drive to The Valley of Roses at Kelaat M’gouna. Then we pass by Ouarzazate and stop at the Unesco World Heritage site of “Ait Ben Haddou”, a historical and most visited kasbah in Morocco. You will have a ride with our tour guide to admire the different aspects of this large Kasbah, its Berber decoration building, and its old rock stairs, before moving to a restaurant there for lunch. We will continue crossing the High Atlas mountains, to Marrakech, where we are going to drive you to your riad or hotel, as an end of the trip, hoping that you will certainly enjoy and have good memories with our tour team.
